Meet Zharna
My name is Zharna Welch, I am the owner and operator of Monarch Bookkeeping which has been running since early 2018. So what qualifications and skills do I have to help you and your business?
I am a Certified Master Bookkeeper of the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers (ICNZB) and am both an MYOB Certified Consultant and Xero Advisor Certified. I also have experience with multiple other softwares and add ons, including several payroll softwares.
I believe it’s not a one size fits all – What suits one company doesn’t always work for another and I’m here to help find the right fit for you!
I love audit and clean up work and helping businesses put systems in place to keep things clean and tidy going forward. There are so many time saving and helpful apps out there but if not used properly things can get messy quickly. So it’s always important to get good advice before you get into things.
I am also a Production Accountant and love working in the TV and film industry. It’s a break from some of the day to day bookkeeping and I enjoy looking at the numbers from a different angle.
